1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using rekey.dev, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

rekey.dev provides Rekey, a self-hostable, multi-tenant authentication and provider-agnostic billing platform for developers. Rekey does not process payments and is not a payment processor: you connect your own payment provider account (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay) and funds settle in that account, not ours. Rekey records subscription, license, usage, and credit state, and relays provider webhooks.

These terms cover Rekey Cloud, the hosted service we operate. Self-hosted deployments of the open-source software are governed by the MIT license that ships with the source, not by these terms.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use the service only for lawful purposes

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are based on the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Rekey Cloud is billed per workspace, monthly. A workspace covers one production application; applications in development and staging environments are unlimited and not billed. Each plan lists the usage it includes, such as monthly active users per workspace; we may enforce those published limits, and where a limit is currently unenforced that is not a waiver of it. If your usage consistently exceeds your plan we will contact you before restricting anything.

5. Limitation of Liability

rekey.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
