  • Provide and maintain the Rekey Cloud auth and billing service
  • Bill your workspace and send related information. We do not process your customers' payments, those settle in your own payment provider account
  • Send technical notices and support messages
  • Improve our services and develop new features

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except as described in this policy. The services below process data on our behalf to run rekey.dev and Rekey Cloud.

  • Hetzner hosts the servers that run the Rekey Cloud API, the operator panel and this website, in Germany.
  • Microsoft Azure (Azure Database for PostgreSQL) stores the Rekey Cloud database, including account and workspace data.
  • Cloudflare sits in front of rekey.dev and the Rekey Cloud services as a network proxy, so it handles every request, including your IP address.
  • Resend delivers the email Rekey Cloud sends, such as verification, sign-in and password-reset messages.
  • Google Analytics measures visits to rekey.dev. Page addresses are sent without their query string, so sign-in and verification tokens in links are not shared.
  • Ahrefs Web Analytics also measures visits to rekey.dev.
  • Discord receives the messages you send through the contact and waitlist forms, which are posted to a Discord channel.

If you sign in to rekey.dev with Google or Discord, where offered, that provider shares your email address and basic profile with us under its own privacy policy. When you connect a payment provider such as Stripe, PayPal or Razorpay to an Application, Rekey Cloud stores your API credentials encrypted and calls that provider on your behalf. Your customers' payments are processed in your own provider account, under your agreement with that provider.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
